Account responsibilities and acceptable use
Eligibility, accurate representations, account security, authorized use, reporting, enforcement and review processes require approved language grounded in implemented features.
Fees and optional services
All current pricing is proposed. Final terms must cover credits, bids, validity, taxes, refunds, cancellations, payment-processing charges and any optional management or escrow agreement.
Independent work and dispute terms
Approved terms must define platform responsibilities, independent off-platform arrangements, intellectual property, liability, complaints and any applicable jurisdiction or dispute process. These are not invented in this preview.
