On an illustrative US$1,000 project, the proposed 5% management fee is US$50 for the employer and US$50 for the freelancer, excluding any other applicable charges.

Management + additional escrow

At a cumulative proposed 5% + 5%, each side would pay US$100 on an illustrative US$1,000 project, excluding any other applicable charges.
